HR calender generator
In the general Dynamics HR solution from Microsoft, you can easily keep track of the holidays of your employees. You can generate easily a schedule of all working days. Only the functionality provided is for standardized work schedules, so 8 hours a day, 40 hours a week. The solution does not offer alternative days off, such as an employee with a 36-hour working week and who has Thursday off every other week. This could only be solved by generating a full weekly schedule for a year and then manually deleting 26 Thursdays.
To solve this problem, we have developed a canvas app that provides the users with the necessary tools to indicate part-time or free hours. Existing schedules can be easily regenerated.The app offers 3 screens, basic setting, settings and control.
Basic setup:
Here you indicate the number of alternating weeks (1 to 4 weeks), standard working days and hours per day.
Detailed setup:
A schedule is generated based on the entered basic settings screen. This can be adjusted where necessary, and give the scheme a name. This way you ensure the correct holiday and non-working hours calendar.
Check:
The schema will be generated for the given time period. This can be checked by the user and if everything is ok it will be uploaded to Dynamics HR.
