Every Friday we organize a knowledge exchange session with the Customer Solutions team! This time is mainly used to introduce the latest features of Dynamics and the Power Platform. For one of the last sessions we had a slightly different session, namely to improve our presentation skills! For this we invited an external speaker, Mark Bakker, who gives tips and tricks for giving a good presentation! Based on an AI presentation, we have not only learned how to give a good presentation through storytelling, but we have also gained a better understanding of what a well-founded AI model is. So 2 birds with one stone!
With useful tips to get started, such as the KIS approach, we believe we can give a better presentation to our customers!
